Curator of American Decorative Arts Alyce Perry Englund will lead Preservation Long Island members on a private tour of the American Wing at The Metropolitan Museum of Art while it is closed to the public. In conjunction with Preservation Long Island’s current exhibition, Wood and Water: Furniture on Long Island, 1660–1860, the tour will place a special focus on New York furniture in the Museum’s collection. Space is limited. Advance registration is required.
